    This matter comes before the Board on a motion to further
    extend the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
    (Agency)
    response date1 filed by th~Agency on March

    1992.
    Section
    106.714 of the Board’s procedural rules provides that an Agency
    response to a petition for adjusted standard is due 30 days after
    the filing of the petition.
    The Agency states that Illinois-
    American Water Company
    (Water Company) has no objection to the
    extension.
    Water Company has previously filed a waiver of time
    for the Board to render its decision in this matter.
    The Board grants the Agency’s motion to the extent that a
    response is now due no later than May 28,
    1992
