HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On July 8, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer. By August 19, 2004, discovery will be complete when the People take two depositions

of former plant managers. Additionally, the People and respondent Caryle Michel have resumed

settlement discussions.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 19, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be

prepared to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
