to beg the illinois Pollution Control Board to
pleasesupport
the proposed new Illinois
Stream
Protection Rules

for strong
antidegradation
regulations.
These rules would be
in the interest of
all
of all
individuals
in
Illinois ifjustbecause-mostof
Illinois’
endangered
animals
depend on
our
rivers,
and
over
half
of the
citizens
rely on surface water for
their
drinking
water.
