On May 4,

1994, petitioner filed a request for an adjusted

standard from the Board’s water quality regulations at 35 Ill.

Adm. Code 302.208(e).

On May 26,

1994,

the Board received the

proof of publication.

After a careful review of the petition the

Board finds that the petition is insufficient.

Specifically, the

Board directs the petitioner to file an amended petition

addressing:

Section 28.1(c)(1)of the Act which requires a petitioner for an

adjusted standard to prove that:

1.

factors relating to that petitioner are substantially and

significantly different from the factors relied upon by the

Board in adopting the general regulation applicable to that

petitioner.

The petitioner shall file an amended petition within 30 days

or this docket will be subject to dismissal.
