    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
    On September 24, 2001, complainant filed a motion to dismiss this administrative
    citation. In support of the motion to dismiss, complainant states that a circuit court action was
    recently resolved against the respondents that satisfactorily addressed the violations alleged in
    the instant administrative citation.
     
    Accordingly, the Board grants complainant’s motion to dismiss and closes this docket.
