    On January
    11,
    1995, the Board directed the parties to file
    a status report with the Board within 30 days or this proceeding
    would be subject to dismissal.
    On January 23,
    1995, the Board
    received a status report which indicates the parties are
    continuing to negotiate toward a settlement of unresolved issues.
    The petitioner also included a waiver of the statutory decision
    deadline until May 1,
    1996.
    The Board accepts this status report and directs the parties
    to file an additional status report to be received by the Board
    no later than July 24,
    1995.
