    This matter comes,before the Board on an April 10, 1992 motion
    to stay the proceedings filed by petitioners.
    This petition was
    filed with the Board on May 20, 1991.
    On April 10, 1992, the Board
    received a status report indicating that the parties have agreed to
    a stay of proceedings
    for 90 days,
    and that the petitioner has
    waived the Board’s decision deadline until October 26,
    1992.
    The
    Board hereby grants the stay of proceedings until August
    1,
    1992,
    and directs that the parties file an additional status report with
    the Board to be received by the Board no later than August
    1,
    1992.
