    filed a
    status report pursuant to the Board’s order.
    The status report
    indicates that
    Safety-Kleen has met with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) to discuss resolution of
    this appeal.
    Safety-Kleen has submitted additional information
    to the Agency and anticipates that a permit will be issued by the
    Agency in the next few months.
    The Board orders Safety—Kleen to file a status report on or
    before July 13,
    1994.
