    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On April 9, 2001, Nelson Westerberg, Inc. (Westerberg), filed a petition for review of
    an Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM)
     
    determination regarding OSFM’s deductible
    determination regarding Westerberg’s four underground storage tanks (USTs). The USTs are
    located at 1201 Arthur Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois.
    The Board accepts this matter for hearing. The Board’s rules require that the OSFM
    file the entire record of its decision within 30 days of notice of the petition. See 35 Ill. Adm.
    Code 105.116.
    On April 9, 2001, Westerberg also filed a limited waiver of the Board’s decision
    deadline. Since there is no decision deadline in an appeal of an OSFM decision, the limited
    waiver is unnecessary.
