    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 14, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The Environmental Land Use Covenant has been recorded, and the parties are
    working out final details. Petitioner agreed to file another decision deadline waiver within the
    next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 21, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is currently September 15, 2005.
