ORDER OF THE BOARD

Pursuant to the Board’s Order of December 16,

1993, the

parties filed a joint status report on February 4,

1994.

The

report states that on January 13,

1994, complainant and

respondents met and discussed the issues of compliance and a

civil penalty.

Since that meeting, and as recently as February

3,

1994, the parties have had further discussions with respect to

the penalty issue.

Efforts to reach an agreement on a penalty

amount are ongoing.

The parties report that respondents are

preparing,

and will soon submit to complainant,

a revised

compliance plan and schedule, pursuant to complainant’s request.

As they suggest, the Board directs the parties to file an

updated status report on or before March 18,

1994.
