    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On April 1, 1996 Commonwealth Edison Company filed a “Request for Waiver of the
    Requirement to File Ten Copies of Petitioner’s Exhibit 13”. Exhibit 13, the “Application for
    Significant Permit Modification”, consists of three bounded volumes, including oversized
    maps, diagrams, and blueprints.
    Pursuant to the Board’s procedural rules, Commonwealth Edison Company is required
    to file one original and nine copies of the signed adjusted standard petition, inclusive of all
    exhibits. (35 Ill. Adm. Code 106.703.) Commonwealth Edison Company is requesting to
    only file three copies of Exhibit 13.
    The Board grants Commonwealth Edison Company’s request to the extent that will still
    allow the Board to effectively evaluate Exhibit 13 as it relates to the entire record. The Board
    hereby grants Commonwealth Edison Company leave to file only four copies of Exhibit 13.
    The Board has received three copies. One additional copy is therefore required.
    Commonwealth Edison Company waived hearing in this matter on April 1, 1996 and
    filed a certificate of publication on April 22, 1996.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
