This mailer is before the Board on aFebruary 27, 1996 motion for reconsideration filed
by Obcrwcis Dairy (Obcrwcis).
Amoco Oil Corporation (Amoco) filed a timely response on
March

reverse the Board’s order entered on February 1, 1996 granting Amoco’s

did not present the Board with new evidence, a change in the law or any other
reason to conclude that the Board’s February 1,
1996 order was in error, the motion is hereby
denied.
