HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On May 11, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The complainant represented that it and the respondent The Highlands, L.L.C.

continue to discuss and serve discovery. Murphy Farms, Inc., and the complainant were directed

to submit proposed discovery schedule to the hearing officer on or before

May 27, 2005.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on June 23, 2005, at 2:15 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
