    This matter
    comes before the Board
    on
    a petition
    filed on
    November 11, 1990.
    The parties last filed a status report with the
    Board on July 1,
    1992.
    On July 9, 1992, the parties filed an open
    waiver of the Board’s decision date.
    On December
    17,
    1992,
    the
    Board ordered the parties to file
    a status report by January 18,
    1993.
    The parties have failed to comply with that order.
    The Board
    is concerned with the parties’
    failure to file a
    status report and further notes with concern the parties’ failure
    to file a motion for an extension of time.
    In light of the fact
    that no report has been filed,
    the Board directs the parties to
    file
    a status report to be received by the Board no later than
    February
    18,
    1993,
    or this two year old matter will be dismissed
    for want
    of
    prosecution.
    The status
    report
    shall
    include an
    estimated date for conclusion of this matter.
