    Moline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners (Moline).
    Moline states that
    the
    parties awaitthe decision of the
    Illinois Supreme
    Court in a case with identical issues,
    First ofAmerica Trust Company v.
    Armstead.
    Moline therefore requests a stay in this matter pending the decision in First of
    America Trust Company v. Armstead.
    The Board accepts Moline’s status report,
    grants its motion for stay, and directs the
    Hearing Officer assigned to this case to order status reports as deemed necessary.
