    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
This matter is before the Board on a February 22,
    1994
motion to release large exhibits, filed by Laidlaw Waste Systems
    (Madison),
    Inc.
    (Laidlaw).
Laidlaw states that the deadline for
further appeal of this case has passed, and that it can use the
large exhibits in this record at other public hearings and
    meetings.
Laidlaw states that there are 8½” x 11” copies of all
    large
    exhibits
    in
    the
    record,
    so
    that
    the
    large
    exhibits
    may
    be
released pursuant to the Film Records Reproduction Act
    (5 ILCS
    170/4
(1992)) and the State Records Act
    (5 ILCS 160/8,
    160/17
    (1992)).
    Thus,
Laidlaw asks the Board to release all exhibits
    20” x 18” and larger.
The motion to release large exhibits is granted.
    Laidlaw
shall make arrangements with the Clerk’s office for transfer of
    those large exhibits.
Laidlaw shall bear any costs of release of
    the exhibits.
