BOARD ADOPTS SECOND NOTICE IN R89-14(B),
GROUNDWATER QUALITY STANDARDS (35 ILL. ADM.
CODE 620)
On July 25, 1991, the Board adopted for Second Notice the
Docket B version of the proposed rules in this proceeding [5-0,
Opinion and Order of the Board by R.C. Flemal, J.D. Dumelle
concurring], with some changes in response to comments.
The Board closed Docket A, save for the proposed
amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 303.203. The Board also
withheld filing of the Docket B amendments with the Joint
Committee on Administrative Rules to allow for a comment
period of 15 days from July 25, the date of the Board's action
(comment period closing August 9, 1991). During this
period the Board will entertain any new comments on the
proceeding, i.e., those comments on changes made at this
Second Notice.
