    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On February 23, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Discussion included the respondent’s motion for an extension of time to respond
to complainant’s motion to strike affirmative defenses, filed February 18, 2005. The
complainant has no objection. Respondent’s motion was granted. Respondent’s response to
complainant’s motion to strike affirmative defenses is now due to be filed on or before March 4,
2005. The hearing officer directed the parties to submit a proposed discovery schedule on or
    before March 2, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
