    Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period of
    an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2000)),
    the Board reserved docket PCB 01-105 for any petition filed by petitioner.
     
     
    Because petitioner has failed to file an appeal on or before April 22, 2001, the timeframe
    ordered by the Board on January 18, 2001, the Board dismisses this matter and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
