    to Board order of December 14,
    1994.
    Petitioner states that it
    is still awaiting the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
    review of information submitted
    in support of it’s “Request For A
    Site Specific Determination of Clean Closure” for the Union,
    Illinois Facility.
    The Board accepts the petitioner’s
    status report and directs
    the filing of a new status report on or before June
    1,
    1995 to be
    filed with the Board and hearing officer.
