HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On August 19, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status

conference with the hearing officer. The parties did not appear. As last reported, discovery was

set to be complete by today.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 21, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated

by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be

prepared to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
