Goodall Tire Co., Inc.
Petitioner seeks an adjusted standard
from the Board’s used and waste tire management regulations.

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 1.11,
counsel Mark P. Miller
requests the Board’s consent to Miller’s representation of
petitioner.
Miller is a former Board assistant who “participated
personally and substantially” in the drafting of the used and
waste tire regulations.

The motion states
that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has no
objection to Miller’s representation of petitioner.
The Board hereby grants its consent to Mark P. Miller’s
representation of petitioner in this adjusted standard
proceeding.
Petitioner is directed to file its petition with the
required filing fee within 45 days of the date of this order or
this docket
will be subject to dismissal.
