    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by J.
    Theodore Meyer):
    On April
    5,
    1996 The Knapheide Mfg Co.
    (Knapheide) and the Illinois
    Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency) filed a Joint
    Motion for Extension of Time
    in Which to File
    Agency Recommendation,
stating that they are involved in ongoing
    discussions regarding
Knapheide’s petition for extension of variance.
    Specifically, Knapheide
    is in the process of
    providing the Agency
with additional information and the parties state that the Agency will
need more time to review and analyze the information.
    Therefore,
    the parties request until
    April
    19,
1996 for the Agency to file its
    recommendation.
The parties assert that the request
    is made
in good faith and note that Knapheide has waived hearing in this matter.
In order to allow the parties sufficient
time in which to negotiate and analyze
    information,
the Board grants their request and directs the Agency to file its recommendation
    on or before April 26,
    1996.
