HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On June 7, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer. Complainant has located the final witness, and plans to depose him on June 27, 2005.

Once the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency reviews the transcript, settlement

negotiations will resume for respondent Michel.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 11:30 a.m. on September 8, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be

prepared to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
