    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 3, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was
    reviewing respondent’s draft ELUC (Environmental Land Use Covenant).
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 p.m. on April 7, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The decision deadline is currently July 21, 2005.
