    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a joint motion for
    extension of time filed by the parties on July 12,
    1994.
    The
    parties seek an additional 30 days for petitioner Solar
    Corporation
    (Solar)
    to file its amended petition, extending its
    deadline until August 12,
    1994.
    Solar filed its original petition on February 14,
    1994.
    On
    March 3,
    1994,
    the Board accepted Solar’s petition but noted that
    it was not yet complete.
    The Board directed Solar to file an
    amended petition on or before April
    15,
    1994.
    On April
    1,
    1994,
    the parties filed a joint motion requesting an extension of time
    until May 27,
    1994 for Solar to file its amended petition,
    which
    the Board granted.
    Subsequently, on May 27,
    1994,
    the parties
    filed
    a joint motion for extension of time until July 12,
    1994
    which the Board also granted.
    In support of their joint motion, the parties indicate that
    they have drafted a co-petition for an adjusted standard.
    A
    draft of this petition is currently being reviewed by the Agency.
    The extension of time is requested in order to complete the
    review of this co-petition.
    The joint motion for extension of time is hereby granted.
    Solar is given until August 12,
    1994 to file its amended
    petition.
