HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On March 10, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that this matter should be

resolved during the course of closure activities. Although petitioner has no idea when respondent

will be able to work on this case, petitioner does not believe that a hearing would be worthwhile

at this time.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
