HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

Due to a conflict with the hearing officer’s schedule, the telephonic status conference

scheduled for August 12, 2004, is cancelled and rescheduled to the date and time noted below.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on August 19, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. Please inform the hearing officer if any of the parties

have a conflict. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is

nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be

prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,

however, the petitioner files a motion to dismiss prior to the next status conference, the

conference will be cancelled without further notice.
