    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    On March 20, 2003, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until June 2, 2003, the
    time period for Russell Oil Company to appeal a January 28, 2003 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2002); 35 Ill. Adm. Code
    101.300(b), 105.402, 105.406. At issue is the Agency’s approval of the amended site
    classification plan budget, with modifications, regarding Russell Oil Company’s underground
    storage tank site at 200 East Main Street, Galatia, Saline County. Because petitioner failed to
    timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
