    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.
    A. Manning):
    This matter is before the Board on a joint status report
    filed on June
    1,
    1993,
    by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency) and Olin Corporation.
    The parties state that they are continuing negotiation in
    the hope that the instant proceeding may be dismissed.
    They also
    report that the Agency has communicated to Olin what form a
    request for Class III modification must take and that the parties
    have agreed to meet and attempt to negotiate a readily approvable
    modification request.
    Finally, they report that Olin agrees to
    submit a readily approvable modification request to the Agency in
    an expeditious manner.
    The Board notes that Olin has extended its waiver of the
    decision deadline for an additional ninety days making the due
    date for this case February 17,
    1994.
    In the event that this case has not been dismissed,
    the
    parties are hereby ordered to file their next status report on or
    before September 3,
    1993.
