THE

(by R.C.

This matter comes before the Board upon filing by the
City
of Morris

1993
of
a motion for extension
of time to respond to the July

petition.
Morris states that the Agency and Morris have met to discuss
remaining unresolved issues.
Both the Agency and Morris agree
that an extension of time is necessary to complete additional

Morris
believes it will need an extension in excess of ten months to
complete such reports.
The Board hereby grants the motion.
Morris shall file its
response to the Agency’s response to the petition no later than
July
15,
1994.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
