    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Yi):
    On July 8, 1998, the Board accepted for hearing respondent Jack Donelson Sales
    Company’s (Donelson) amended petition for review. This appeal concerns a February 9, 1998
    final Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) determination relating to Donelson’s
    facility located at 3050 Central Avenue, Waukegan, Lake County, Illinois.
    On July 22, 1998, Donelson filed a motion to voluntarily withdraw the appeal. In the
    motion, Donelson states that after consideration and discussion with counsel from the Agency,
    he has decided not to proceed to hearing on this matter.
    The motion is hereby granted, and this
    docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
