    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On September 29, 1998, the City of Belleville (Belleville) filed a motion for extension
    of time to file an amended petition. Belleville is asking for an extension of time until and
    including October 31, 1998. The Board will grant the motion. However as October 31, 1998,
    falls on a Saturday, the Board grants an extension of time until November 2, 1998.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    Board Member K.M. Hennessey abstained.
