    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period
    of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40 (a)(1)
    (1996)), the Board reserved docket PCB 99-13 for any petition filed by petitioner in this
    matter.
    Because petitioner has failed to file an appeal within the requisite timeframe as ordered
    by the Board on
    July 23, 1998,
    the Board dismisses this matter and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
