    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On June 16, 1997 the Agency filed a motion for leave to file and a motion for
    extension of time to file the Agency record in this underground storage tank appeal. Pursuant
    to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.102(a)(4), the Agency record is to be filed with the Board within 14
    days of the notice of the petition. The petition in this matter was filed with the Board on May
    27, 1997. Therefore, the Agency’s record is due on June 10, 1997.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency’s request for leave to file and for additional time
    to file the record. The Agency record is now due 30 days before hearing.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
