ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
By order of March 5, 1998, the Board denied motions for reconsideration filed by
petitioners Sierra Club and Jim Bensman. Among the pleadings was Norton’s response to the
motions to reconsider. The response included in part a motion to strike portions of the
    motions to reconsider.
On March 6, 1998, the Board received a motion from petitioner Jim Bensman
requesting that the Board strike portions of Norton’s motion to strike. Bensman’s March 6
filing is moot because the motions to reconsider had already been decided.
Regardless, after reviewing Bensman’s March 6 filing, the Board concludes that had
the filing been available to the Board before its March 5 ruling, the ruling would have been the
    same.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 19th day of March 1998, by a vote of 7-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
