    (J. Theodore Meyer):
    This matter comes before the Board on a Joint Motion for
    Stay filed on May 12,
    1995.
    The parties are requesting the stay
    until the adoption of the proposed rule in R94-2l.
    In the
    alternative, Hydrosol,
    Inc.
    (Hydrosol)
    requests 30 days in which
    to file its amended adjusted standard petition.
    The Board notes that R94-21 became effective on May 9,
    1995;
    therefore, the joint motion for stay
    is moot and hereby denied.
    Since the new rule impacts Hydrosol’s petition,
    and the
    Environmental Protection Agency has no objection to the request
    for additional time to file, the Board grants Hydrosol 30 days to
    file its amended adjusted standard petition.
    Hydrosol is
    directed to submit the petition on or before June 26,
    1995.
