    This matter is before the Board on a joint motion for an
    extension of stay and a joint status report,
    filed on June
    5,
    1995 by Abbott Laboratories and the
    Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    The parties state that the Agency
    submitted a proposed rule to the Board
    on October 28,
    1994.
    The
    parties further note that the proposed rule was the subject of
    first and second notice, and on May 19,
    1995,
    the amendment to 35
    Ill.
    Adm. Code Subpart T was published as a final rule in the
    Illinois Register, effective May 9,
    1995.
    The amended rule has
    riot been approved yet by the U.S.
    EPA, and the parties
    accordingly request that the stay in this matter be extended
    until such approval.
    The motion for stay is granted.
    This matter is stayed until
    September
    6,
    1995.
    The parties are directed to file status
    reports, either jointly or separately, no later than September 6,
    1995.
