    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 6, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner has filed a petition in circuit court to modify the
    consent order and seek clarification of certain terms. Petitioner cannot dismiss this appeal until
    respondent provides a plan for closure. Currently, respondent is assisting petitioner with funds to
    maintain the property, but the parties still need to meet to discuss closure issues.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 13, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
