    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 5, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was
    about to present the closure plan to the circuit court in Lawrence county.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 5, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
