    acres of land along Mud Lake and Lake Senachwine in Henry, IL.
    Some of
    this land is adjacent to the Noveon/PolyOne plant.
    I am writing to oppose the permit appeal
    PCB 91-17 andthe adjusted standárdASO2-05.
    This plant should be forced to stay withiri the
    limits already in place immediately!
    Why should they receive their own standards at the cost of
    the community’s health?
