ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
On June 2, 2005, petitioner, Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC (Mac’s), filed a motion to
voluntarily dismiss this underground storage tank appeal concerning a gasoline service station in
Braidwood, Will County. In the motion, Mac’s states that respondent, the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency, “has agreed to pay the costs that were previously denied, and which were the
subject of this appeal.” Motion at 1. The Board grants Mac’s motion and closes the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
