ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
On October 27, 1999, the Board opened this docket in response to a joint request by the
parties for a 90-day extension of the time for filing a petition for review of a final determination of the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) regarding eligibility for reimbursement from the
Underground Storage Tank Fund. This petition for review was filed on January 6, 2000, within the
extended time. By the petition, petitioner requests that the Board review an October 6, 1999 Agency
determination regarding petitioner’s facility located at 2500 State Street, East St. Louis, Illinois. The
    petition is accepted for hearing.
Also on January 6, 2000, petitioner filed a “Motion for Corrected Caption,” asking that the
caption be corrected to reflect the correct name of petitioner, East Side Acquisitions, Inc., rather than
petitioner’s business appellation, State Street Shell. The Board received no response to the motion.
The motion is granted, and the caption is hereby amended to reflect petitioner’s correct corporate
    name.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that the above
order was adopted on the 20th day of January 2000 by a vote of 6-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
