ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):

This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Craig’s Service Station (Craig’s
Service) asking the Board to review a February 17, 2004 determination of the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency. The petition was filed in regards to Craig’s Service’s high
priority corrective action plan budget for a leaking underground petroleum storage tank facility
located at 905 South Morris, Bloomington, McLean County.

On February 4, 2005, Craig’s Service filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss the petition.
In the motion, Craig’s Service asserts that the parties have resolved the issues in dispute. The
motion is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on February 17, 2005, by a vote of 4-0.
