    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
     
    On March 10, 2005, Martin Oil Marketing, Ltd. (Martin Oil) filed a motion to voluntarily
    dismiss this underground storage tank appeal. In the motion, Martin Oil states that it and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency have reached a settlement which requires dismissal of
    this appeal. The Board grants the motion and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
