    This petition for review, filed on March 6, 2000, as amended on March 8, 2000,
    requests that the Board review a February 2, 2000 Office of the State Fire Marshal final
    determination regarding eligibility for reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank Fund
    regarding petitioner’s facility located at 8407 Collinsville Road, Collinsville, Madison County,
    Illinois. The petition is accepted for hearing.
