    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period of
    an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1998)),
    the Board reserved docket PCB 00-116 for any petition filed by petitioner in this matter.
    On March 8, 2000, the Board received petitioner’s petition for review, which was
    docketed in as PCB 00-147. Because the Board has received petitioner’s appeal within the
    requisite timeframe as ordered by the Board on January 20, 2000, the Board dismisses this
    matter as unnecessary, but incorporates this docket into PCB 00-147.
