    On February 1, 2000, BEMA Film Systems, Inc. (BEMA), filed a motion to dismiss its
    petition for an adjusted standard. In its motion BEMA states that it is currently revising its
    petition for an adjusted standard and seeks leave to refile its petition in the near future. The
    motion to dismiss is granted without prejudice, and this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
