    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
    On January 18, 2000, Central Illinois Public Service Company (CIPS) filed a notice of
    withdrawal. CIPS informed that Board that it would withdraw its petition for an adjusted
    standard and, pursuant to the Board’s suggestion, file a petition for a variance instead. The
    Board construes the notice of withdrawal as a motion to dismiss. The motion is granted, and
    this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
